Not sure about sizing? We’re happy to offer one-on-one help to guide you before ordering so you can get the best fit possible.

We want you to love your swimsuit and feel confident in your purchase. Because many of our items are made especially for you, our return policy varies depending on the type of order.

CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS

Each custom size swimsuit is made specifically to your measurements. For this reason, we are not able to accept returns on custom orders unless there is a sewing defect.

If there is an issue with workmanship, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly take care of it as quickly as possible. We will fix the issue and cover all shipping costs associated with the correction.

READY-MADE & STANDARD SIZE ORDERS

Suit must be on worn (except for try-on with proper undergarments)

Suit must be in like-new condition

Suit must not have been worn in water

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issues (less original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns that are not exchanged for another item.

Shipping charges still apply to exchanges.

Custom Size Special Orders are $10 in addition to the base price

Custom orders are invoiced separately within 1 business day

Please submit a separate form for each swimsuit ordered

Order details will be emailed for approval before production begins

Custom orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after payment (timing may vary during busy seasons)

RUSH ORDERS ($10 additional) may be available-please contact us before ordering
Returns are not accepted on Custom Size Special Orders unless there is a sewing defect. Any issues with your order need to be brought to our attention within three days of receipt. If there is a sewing defect, we will gladly fix your order quickly and refund all shipping costs. We will also cover return shipping for your inconvenience. 

 PROPER SWIMWEAR CARE

Taking proper care of your swimsuit will help preserve its color, shape, and overall quality for as long as possible.

  • Always wash your swimsuit gently to help extend its life.

  • We recommend hand washing separately in cool water with a mild soap after each use, especially after swimming in chlorinated or salt water

  • Avoid Wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can damage the fibers

  • Do not leave your suit wrapped in a towel after swimming, as trapped chlorine and heat can harm the fabric

  • Do Not place your swimsuit in the dryer - heat can weaken fibers and cause the suit to lose its shape.

  • Hot tubs and Jacuzzis can be especially hard on Lycra/Spandex due to the combination of heat and chemicals

  • Because of this, we cannot guarantee fabric Performance in heavily chlorinated pools or hot tubs

  • Some color fading over time is normal depending on exposure to chlorine and chemicals

  • Rough pool surfaces may cause fabric wear or a “pilled” appearance

  • For children’s suits, repeated pulling or tucking (such as pulling knees into the skirt) may cause the fabric to stretch more quickly

    RECOMMENDED CARE PRODUCT

We highly recommend using a product such as Suit Saver to help protect your swimwear.

Suit Saver is designed to remove chlorine and odors while helping maintain color and fabric quality. It is water-based and free from dyes, perfumes, nitrates, and phosphates.

To use, simply add a small amount to a sink of water, soak your swimsuit briefly, then rinse and allow it to dry in the shade.

Regular use after swimming in pools or hot tubs can help keep your swimsuit looking newer longer.

Suit Saver is available for purchase with your order if you’d like to add it.

Shipping 

Free Shipping on Orders over $50 only applies to orders shipped Priority Flat Rate 2-3 Days, to the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Must enter Promo Code, displayed on the announcement bar, at checkout to receive discount. Please ask for the code if you are unable to find.

All in stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard and Custom Orders are sewn and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on demand and season. We try our best to sew and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped USPS however UPS is available as our secondary carrier.
