Which style is best
for my body type?
All of our suits are designed with utmost thought in keeping modesty in mind; therefore we feel that if you like the look of a certain style and will feel comfortable in it, then go for it.
If you are more self conscious and concerned about specific areas such as minimizing the hip area, you may want to look at the new style Coastal Sands or the Tropical Wave which has a more full skirt. The Hawaiian Sands is slightly more fitted through the hips.
How long does it take to
get a custom suit made?
Right now we are shipping suits out seven "business days" after date of cleared payment.
Can I get my suit in a
few days?
Rush orders are an additional charge of $10.00 per order plus your shipping preference.
Expedited overnight shipping costs are additional.
Do you accept returns?
Custom orders can't be returned as it was made for your personal measurements. Ready made suits may be returned, provided the suit was only tried on for fitting purposes with proper undergarments, and not swam in. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping charges plus shipping charges on a possible new suit.
We ask that you email us right away if you need to return a ready made suit. We will gladly take care of sewing defects which are our fault, we just ask that you email us the day you receive your suit before you swim in it or wear it other than fitting purposes.
Do you ship overseas?
We are happy to ship overseas. We ask that you email us before you purchase so we can give you a shipping quote.
Do you do alterations?
We are able to do alterations, however with shipping charges it would be much cheaper for you to have the suit altered in your local area. The standard charge is $30.00 per hour for alterations.
It is the customers responsibility to read and follow the swimsuit care sheet instructions to help your suit last. We are not responsible for wear and tear due to
improper laundering and or exposure to different chlorine levels and problems that are beyond our control.
We do our best to inform you of every possible situation
that may lead to fabric problems.
